We make in low volumes as a sustainable practice. Unless advised otherwise, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be produced.
If you are needing an item sooner than this, we may be able to accomodate. Please get in touch by email hello@shannonmalone.com.au.
Once your items are produced, they will be dispatched within 48 hours of finalised production. You’ll receive a notification by email including the tracking number for your parcel.

Exchanges & Returns
You are welcome to exchange or return your item for another size, colour or style if something isn’t quite right.
We will accept exchanges or return for store credit on all purchases made online or in store within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To organise an exchange or return for store credit, please email hello@shannonmalone.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- Exchanges and returns are at the expense of the buyer and is non-refundable
- Your item for exchange or return for store credit will be accepted if received in unworn, sellable condition with all original packaging and labels
- Further details will be provided in response to your email. Please send item for exchange is sent using tracking, express post and a reliable postal company
- Any requests made outside of this window cannot guarantee your item being approved for exchange, and will be assessed case by case.
