How do I order?

Our online store is open to shop 24/7. You are welcome to contact us by email hello@shannonmalone.com.au for assistance with ordering or styling at any time, we would love to hear from you.
Payment
Shop Shannon Malone accepts Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, American Express, international credit card and Apple Pay.
If you wish to pay by another method, please get in touch.
About 'Made to Order'
Our range is made in small amounts to meet demand. Depending on seasonality and availability, some items are Available Now while others are Made to Order.
If your item is Made to Order, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for your order to be produced.
If you are needing an item sooner than this, we may be able to accomodate! Please get in touch.
Once your items are produced, they will be dispatched within 48 hours of finalised production. You’ll receive a notification by email including the tracking number for your parcel.
All orders are shipped from 6162.

Can I try something on in person?
For now, we don't have a physical retail store. From time to time, our studio opens up for visits and we host pop up stores in locations across Australia. At these in person events we stock most sizes for you to try on, and of course we can make sure we have your size in stock if you let us know what you're interested in.

I have the wrong size. Can I exchange?
Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange your item for another size, colour or style if something isn’t quite right.
To organise an exchange, please contact hello@shannonmalone.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are at the expense of the buyer and is non-refundable. Your item for exchange will be accepted if received in unworn, sellable condition with all original packaging and labels.
If you live locally to North Fremantle, we can discuss alternate exchange options.
Further details will be provided in response to your email. Please send item for exchange is sent using tracking, express post and a reliable postal company. Any requests made outside of this window cannot guarantee your item being approved for exchange, and will be assessed case by case.
Do you offer returns?

We understand the difficulties of shopping online!
We will happily accept returns for a full refund. To organise a return, please contact hello@shannonmalone.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are at the expense of the buyer and is non-refundable. Your item for return will be accepted if received in unworn, sellable condition with all original packaging and labels.

Can you repair my garment?
We offer repairs in studio to all Shannon Malone garments for its lifetime at a small fee.
